Dr. Chapman joined our team in November 2006 and officially took over ownership of the practice on April 13, 2015. She is a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine and also holds a BS degree in Molecular Biology from UW. Professionally, Dr. Chapman has interests in preventative care, geriatric medicine and pain management in addition to surgery and dentistry. She is originally from the Milwaukee area and now resides in Grafton. In her spare time, she enjoys competitive waterskiing, Badger football and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
Dr. Brant Jauer is a 2000 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He spent his first few years in large animal practice working mostly with dairy farmers here in Wisconsin. He also spent a year in Australia working with dairy farms and pets “down under”. When he returned to the US, Dr. Jauer wanted to develop more experience with small animals and joined an emergency practice in south Florida. After a few years in emergency practice and a few more years of small animal practice, he and his wife returned to the Midwest and he joined Parkdale in 2015. Dr. Jauer likes snow skiing in the winter and outdoor activities in the warmer months. He is a private pilot and is fond of flying and traveling. After work, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and two felines-Ernie and Kenny.
Kari joined Parkdale in 2015. She has been a part of the veterinary profession for 15 years. As a Certified Veterinary Technician, she has spent time in both the general practice setting as well as 5 years in an emergency and specialty practice. She has special interests in customer service, marketing and providing the best possible veterinary experience for both pets AND their families. Kari is excited to join the Parkdale team and serve the families of her own community. She lives in West Bend with her husband, 2 young boys and the real head of the household, Lucy; a French Bulldog and WCHS adoptee.
Amanda joined the Parkdale team in 2010 working as part of the kennel staff. She is now a Certified Veterinary Technician. Amanda completed her schooling at Madison Area Technical College and passed her Certification exam in August of 2013. She has 2 dogs; Cali and Jed, as well as two cats; Wink and Elouise. In her free time, she enjoys taking the dogs for a walk and kayaking out on the lake with her husband and young daughter.
Kayla is a full time Veterinary Assistant whom you will see both in exam rooms and assisting in surgery. Kayla has a strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and is our “go-to” person for product and technical information. She also has a special touch with dogs and seems to calm even the most fractious without trouble. Kayla has been with Parkdale for over 11 years and had also worked as an assistant at another clinic before joining us. Kayla is the proud owner of a Mastiff; Tank. Kayla lives in Washington County with her husband and young son, they love hunting, fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and most other sports!
Jeanna started with Parkdale in 2004 as part of the kennel staff and has since become a very valuable part of our team. She now assists our doctors in exam rooms helps with trouble shooting over the phone. Currently, Jeanna has a basset hound, but has been known to house a menagerie including: ferrets, goats cats and multiple dogs. She truly cares for all creatures. When she’s not working hard at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young children. They enjoy hiking and snowboarding and spending time with family and friends.
Katelyn has been with Parkdale’s team since 2006. Katelyn has 15 years of experience in the veterinary field. She particularly enjoys educating families on their new puppy or kitten. When she isn’t working, she enjoys outdoor activities and camping with her husband and her three young children and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Elli.
